STEP 2: Sign-in to the app:
*USERNAME: original Karma Card # or email
*PASSWORD: Last 4 digits of Karma Card #
STEP 3: Update your profile.
Add your phone number and change your password to something easy to remember. Moving forward, enter your phone or email as your username. To use your account when you dine, simply tell us your phone number!
How it works:
Give us your phone number (or show your app barcode) when you dine and you’ll earn points toward future savings at our restaurants. No loyalty card needed! Use 1 account per check.
Do I need to join again?
No. If you are an existing registered Karma Card member with an active account (used in the past 24 months), then all you need to do is follow the above instructions for linking your account & balance with our app.
What happened to my offers?
Your old offers have been converted into their equivalent karma buck value (valid for dollars off your bill), and we’ve extended the expiration to 11/8/16. Redeem 1 offer or reward per visit.
How do I sign-in?
Username: original Karma Card number* or email address
Password: Last 4 digits of Karma Card # (or click “forgot password”)
After you sign-in, update your profile by adding your phone number and changing your password to something easy to remember. Moving forward, use your phone or email as your username.
*Don’t know your Karma Card number? Ask your server to look it up, or email email@example.com.
How is the program different?
It’s the same loyalty program, but new and improved! We’ve made your account easier to use so you can finally liberate your wallet and ditch the plastic card. Our point system is a little bit different, though…
How does the new point system work?
Your available point balance will continue to accrue past the usual 100 point threshold until you decide to redeem them for rewards valid for dollars off your bill. For example, redeem 100 points for $5 off, redeem 200 points for $10 off, etc.
Why is the card number on my account different?
If you previously requested that multiple cards be combined into one account, rest assured, your combined balances are intact. The card listed is the original card. If you have a newer card that is not listed, throw it away; our program is now cardless, so there is no need for it! To use your account when you dine, simply tell your server the last 4 digits of your phone number. Please log-in to your account now and edit your profile to add your phone number.
Can I go cardless without the app?
Yes. Simply log-in to your account online, and add your phone number to your profile. When you dine, just give us your phone number and we’ll associate your guest check with your account.
TIP: Text profile to 678-247-2386 for on-the-go access to your balance. Save this number in your phone contacts for future reference. Before you text, be sure to add your phone number to your account.
What’s your Inactive Account rule?
If an account goes unused in 24 months, you may be deleted from our system and lose rewards.
